Just like underwear, Kurly Klips hair is considered a hygienic product. Unlike other companies, we never send hair that's been shipped out to other clients. This ensures that the hair you get is the cleanest and most hygienic it can possibly be!
For that reason, we are now proud to partner with Seel - a company that allows us to keep our strict hygiene standards, but also allows the flexibility of returns and exchanges for a small fee!
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, the purchase is final sale.

About Seel Return Assurance
Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance.
You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items by adding Return Assurance at checkout. Cost is calculated based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the item(s).
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal/.
Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label, but is unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. The standard $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when processing the return.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

BLACKMAIL/THEFT
Please know we don't respond to blackmail. Blackmail includes threatening to post bad reviews if we refuse to send free or discounted hair.
We are also obligated to report incidences of credit card theft. This feature is automatic and can be done with one click of a button. Please don't try to steal. There is a girl who went to jail for this. Kurly Klips wasn't the only company she scammed, but they surely did hold up her Kurly Klips as evidence in a court of law. It's not worth it. Please take it from a sis who cares about you. It's not worth it, girl. Please don't try it. Especially not with Kurly Klips.
