Hi Kurlies,

Faith is like an ocean and blessings are like waves.

You're standing on the shore of a beach feeling the waves gurgle at your toes. How lovely the water feels, but then suddenly, this force you can't control takes it all away. You know the waves will come back, but some tiny part of you can't help but feel abandoned. When they do return, you're glad, but you know they won't stay forever. You're grateful for them while they're here, but miss them terribly when they're gone.

Some days it feels like I have it all and some days it feels like I have nothing. Some days I want to stand boldly before others, while other days I just want to vanish. Have you ever felt this way? Have you ever felt exhausted by the ebb and flow of life?

But step a little further into the ocean. Get to that point where you can barely stand and you experience a shift in perspective. The abundance is all around you and the waves are just additional blessings. All you have to do is participate. Offer the ocean a little hop and it will lift you to the blessings it has to offer.

As Tony Robbins says, it starts by changing your expectation to appreciation. By doing so, you'll find yourself chest deep in a love that never recedes.
