How much hair do I need? 

This depends on head size. Smaller heads find one set is okay. Larger heads might need two sets. We recommend two sets for our Mermaid lengths.

What color does the hair come in?

The natural color of the donor - soft black/dark brown. 

Can I color and striaghten Kurly Klips?

Yes! The hair is 100% human. Please note that all sets color and hold curls differently. This hair came from real person - so results may vary depending on genetics

Where are you shipping from and what are your rates? 

We wash the hair and ship it from Bethesda, Maryland. We offer several rates to choose from at checkout.

International orders are charged customs + duties at checkout. This expedites the order at customs and customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. 

When will I receive my order?

We generally ship next day, but during busy times of the year, it may take up to three business days.
